Asbestos Testing
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) certified Asbestos Building Inspector for both residential and commercial buildings. Samples results can be available the next day, along with a complete report. Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) are still found in various building materials such as:
Surfacing Materials
Sprayed or troweled on surfaces such as walls, ceiling and structural members for acoustic, decorative or fireproofing purposes.
Thermal System Insulation
Insulation on pipes, boilers, tanks, ducts and other components of hot and cold water and heating systems.
Miscellaneous Materials
Other materials such as gypsum board, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, roofing felt, concrete pipes, outdoor siding and fabrics.
We follow industry standards for evaluation and determination of samples, sampling techniques, chain of custody documents and shipping procedures.
